According to the writ petitioner, a builder started developing the land in CTS No. 5070, 5070/1 to 5 and 6 to 25 and in the guise of developing the land, he is not only encroaching the public road, but also removing the public property like electric pole, etc. It is further alleged that he has commenced the construction work without obtaining the commencement certificate. 2.

In the light of the above submissions, we direct the respondent authorities to look into the representation dated 4th May 2016 and act in accordance with the procedure contemplated. ABS
