This is an application seeking relaxation of conditions imposed upon applicants vide order dated 08/01/2015 in Bail Application No. 2620 of 2014 passed by this Court (Coram: P. D. Kode, J. Retired). Applicants herein are seeking relaxation of condition imposed with clause 'a' of the operative order dated 08/01/2015 which reads thus:

"(a) not enter the area of Greater Bombay without permission of the trial Court save except only for attending the trial Court on dates fixed for case against them."

2) Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants have complied with the said order in letter and spirit. Now that it is Ramzan period, ism

2 908.506.15 appp applicants desires to spend time with the family members who were residing in Bombay. Learned counsel for the applicants, upon oral instructions gives a solemn undertaking to this Court that during this period, applicants would report to Paydhuni Police Station on every alternate day between 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and record his presence at the said police station. 3) Learned APP submits that applicants be directed to report to J.J. Marg Police Station where offence has been registered. However, learned counsel for the applicants vehemently submits that applicant has filed a complaint before Sewree Court against police personnels officiating at J. J. Marg Police Station and therefore, it would not be proper to give attendance to the said police station.

4) In view of this, applicants are directed to report to Paydhuni Police Station till 21/07/2015. Learned counsel also seeks liberty to renew his prayer after reverting back to the order dated 08/01/2015. Liberty is granted to renew the prayer after 4 weeks from 21/07/2015.
