By this application, the applicant seeks the following substantive relief;

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the present Application and permit the Applicant to substitute the existing surety for the like amount with one Mr. Akash Suresh Gaikar, Aged - 28 years, Pan No. BGCPG8769F, residing at Konderi, PO. Manda Titwala, Taluka - Kalyan, Konderi Thane."

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The said surety be given by the applicant prior to his travel out of India.

The Interim Application No. 1891 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
