(THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCE) P. C:- Heard Ms. Rachita Padwal, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Dr. Kulkarni, learned AGP for the Respondent-State. On 27th July, 2021, we had passed the following order:- "2 Petitioner seeks medical termination of her pregnancy on the ground that the fetus suffers from severe abnormalities.

We find that petitioner is a resident of Osmanabad district. Stricto sensu, the present petition ought to have been filed in the Aurangabad Bench of this Court. However, considering the urgency expressed i.e. petitioner a young lady is seeking medical termination of her pregnancy which is stated to be more than 23 weeks, for end of justice, we entertain this petition and direct the Civil Surgeon, District Hospital, Solapur to constitute a medical board for examination of the petitioner.

Petitioner shall appear before the medical board within 48 hours. Outcome of examination be placed before the Court in a sealed cover on or before the next date." S.R.JOSHI

2/2 4-3436-2021.doc On 3rd August, 2021, the following order was passed:- "3 Today, when the matter is called upon, Dr. Kirti Kulkarn, has placed before us report of the Medical Board dated 28.07.2021 in sealed cover which we have opened and perused. Medical Board in its report has recommended medical termination of pregnancy on the ground of severe abnormalities in the fetus which have been mentioned in the report.

Considering the above, we grant permission to the petitioner to undergo medical termination of her pregnancy in the District Hospital, Solapur.

Outcome of the procedure be informed to the Court on the next date.

Stand over to 12.08.2021."

Today, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has informed us that the procedure for medical termination of pregnancy was successfully carried out on the Petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Writ Petition is disposed of.
