Whereas the learned counsel for the respondent submits that they also made Civil Misc. application No. 361/1993 for probate on the basis of Will Deed dated 29/10/1992. She submits that the Civil Misc. application made by the Appellant was dismissed and the trial court has allowed the application filed by her clients. 2.
