The present Application is filed by Applicant-landlady for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Petitioner in furtherance of Order dated 19th July 2019 passed by this Court.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (b). The Applicant/Original Respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount, subject to filing of usual undertaking in the Registry.
