This Civil Application is for condonation of delay of 42 days in filing the First Appeal. By the First Appeal the Applicants have challenged the judgment and award dated 1st January, 2015 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nashik by which compensation of about Rs.8,00,000/- was awarded and the claim for compensation was Rs. 15,00,000/-.

There are many reasons given in the Civil Application including that the Applicants are having financial difficulties and therefore, time was required for arranging for the funds. 4.

None appears for the Respondents. The contention raised in Sonali

In view of this, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
