"(b) that the MCA No.208 of 2014 may kindly be restored on the file of this Hon'ble Court in respect of Respondent Nos.16, 28, 39, 52, 62;

(c) that there is no delay in filing present application, but technically there is a delay of 253 days, the same may kindly be condoned taking lenient view in the matter considering facts and circumstances;

(d)The service of notice to Respondent Nos.16, 28, 39, 52, 62 may kindly be directed to be done by publication of notice in daily newspaper "Janshakti" published in District Jalgaon;"
