C.:- 1) Mr.Sable, learned counsel for the Applicant in Criminal Application No. 1153 of 2014 on instructions submitted that, during pendency of Application, the Applicant-Mohanlal Shahni passed away on 17th May 2022. He produced on record a photocopy of the death certificate issued by Naupada Kopari Prabhag Samiti, the Municipal Corporation of the City of Thane dated 26th May 2022.

2) In view thereof, Criminal Application No.1153 of 2014 along with Criminal Application Nos.507 of 2015 and 427 of 2015, stands abated and are accordingly disposed off.
