By this First Appeal, Appellant original Claimant is challenging the judgment and award dated 16.01.2015 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Claim Application No. 478 of 2009 awarding sum of Rs.3,20,000/- by way of compensation with interest instead of Rs.4,00,000/- as claimed by the Appellant.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant and by perusing the impugned Judgment and Sneha Chavan 1/2

a) Admit.

b) Printing is dispensed with.

c) Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

d) Registry is directed to call R & P immediately.

e) The learned Counsel for Respondent waives service.

f) Hearing of First Appeal is expedited.
