The application is filed for the relief of bail in C.R. No.31 of 2017 registered with Karmala Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 392 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant has produced on record a copy of the order passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.1432 of 2017. This order shows that this Court has granted bail to other accused involved in the same crime. The applicant has no antecedents. The entire property in the present matter was recovered. In the present case also, there is no record against the present applicant. On the parity principle, this Court holds that the application needs to be allowed. So the following order :- (a) The application is allowed.

(b) The applicant is to be released on bail in C.R.No.31 of 2017 registered in Karmala Police Station, District Solapur on his

ppn 2 7.ba-1348.17.doc furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) with one or more solvent sureties of the like amount. (c) The applicant is not to tamper with prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offences.

(d) The applicant will not leave the District Solapur without prior permission of Sessions Court, Solapur till the disposal of the case. T.V. NALAWAE, J.
