By this Civil Application, Applicants Claimants are seeking condonation of 30 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 16.01.2015 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Claim Application No. 478 of 2009 partly allowing the Applicant's claim petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
