Heard Ms. Veena Kamble, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 12 th July, 2018 passed by the Competent Authority, Konkan Division, Mumbai (for short 'Competent Authority') in Application No.142 of 2017 as also the order dated 16 th April, 2019 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai (for short 'Commissioner') in Revision No.792 of 2018. 3. By these orders, the Authorities below allowed the application filed by the first respondent under section 24 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 (for short 'Act'). 3.

Ms. Kamble submitted that the matter was listed before the Competent Authority Yesterday i.e. 3rd July, 2019 and the controversy between the parties was settled before the Competent Authority. The petitioner has handed over possession of the suit premises to respondent No.1. She, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. 4.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Ms. Kamble, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
