The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, subsequent development has taken place. The petitioner is being given appointment as a Safai Kamgar, whereas the petitioner is entitled to be appointed as Mukadam (Sanitation). 2.

In that event, the petitioner would have a fresh cause of action. The petitioner may take steps as may be permissible under law with regard to his grievance.
