It is true that the Appeal is already admitted on 22nd July 2005. I have read the order. The Respondent-Accused has not appeared though served is one of the reasons for granting leave and admission. 2.

However, thereafter the Appellant has become docile. Spare copy was not supplied to the Office for issuing notice. Remarks are there. Since long, the matter was also not listed. We have listed it on 2nd February, 2024. No one was present. Thereafter also, spare copy is not supplied.

Today also, no one is present on behalf of the Appellant. It seems Satish Sangar 1/2
