The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a detailed representation to Respondent No.4-Commissioner of Bhiwandi Nizampur Municipal Corporation in respect of the grievance raised in the writ petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. 2.

In the event such a representation is made by the Petitioner within two weeks from today, Respondent No.4 - Commissioner shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
