There is no jurisdictional error in the impugned order. No document has been referred to the handwriting expert and therefore, there was no question of issuing a summons to a handwriting expert. This petition is therefore rejected.

However, the rejection of this petition will not preclude the Petitioner from leading evidence of a handwriting expert, if he chooses to, at the stage when the evidence of the Petitioner commences.
