The Learned Counsel for the parties i.e. Mr. Inamdar for the Appellant and Mr. Sankpal for the Respondent tender Consent Terms evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. In terms of clause

(3) of the Consent Terms, the parties have agreed to a decree of divorce by mutual consent. In clause (4) thereof, the Respondent-wife has agreed to accept the amount of Rs.15 lacs as a one time payment towards her maintenance by the Appellant-husband. The Consent Terms have been signed by the Appellant-husband and the Respondent-wife who both are also present

in court. The Consent Terms have also been signed by Mr. S. S. Inamdar the Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant and Mr. R. V. Sankpal the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent. The Learned Counsel pray that the above Family Court Appeals be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

The Appellant-husband Virbhadra Tolnoor who is personally present in Court is identified by Mr. Inamdar and is also identified by his driving licence bearing No.MH-13 20013002946 issued on 5-3-2001 and valid till 4-3-2021, his address therein is mentioned as 15/A, Antrolikar Nagar, Hotgi Road, Solapur 413003. When put up in the box and queried, the Applicant identifies the signature on the Consent Terms as being his. He further states that he has read the Consent Terms and understood them and that they are acceptable to him and that he has signed them of his own free will and volition. The Respondent-wife is also personally present in Court. She is identified by Mr. Sankpal and is also identified by her Pan Card No.CEDPK2362A. When put in the box and queried, the Respondent identifies the signature on the Consent Terms as being her's. She further states that she has read the Consent Terms and understood them and that they are acceptable to her and that she has signed them of her own free will and volition.

The undertakings mentioned in the Consent Terms are accepted. The parties also undertake to abide by the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are paginated from page Nos.1 to 4 and have also been signed on each page by the Appellant and the Respondent. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The above Family Court Appeals as well as the above Civil Application stand disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
