By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R.No. 997 of 2021 with the consent of the respondent No.2.

When we were not inclined to quash the same with the consent of the parties, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought leave 1/3
to withdraw the petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
However, in the facts and more particularly as the prosecutrix is to get married in September, 2023, we expedite the trial.

The learned Judge shall atleast record the evidence of the respondent No.2 as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, on or before 31st March, 2023, for the reason stated hereinabove. 6.
Although, we have disposed of the matter, to ensure that the evidence of the prosecutrix is recorded by the said date, the aforesaid petition be placed before us for recording compliance of the same on 10th April, 2023.

Registry to communicate the aforesaid order to the learned 2/3
Sessions Judge, 41st Court, Greater Mumbai, who is seized of the said case being Sessions Case No. 1073 of 2022, forthwith, by Fax/e-mail/a Special messenger, so as to enable the learned Judge to comply with the order passed.
