Mr. Khaire states that this Petition is filed against the interim order dated 29.07.2013 passed below exhibit-17 in Petition No.A-1544 of 2011. He submitted that the main Petition itself is disposed of finally on 27.09.2013. Against that order, the petitioner has instituted Family Court Appeal No.257 of 2014 in this Court. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of this Petition.

On the motion made by Mr. Khaire, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. It is expressly made clear that I have not examined merits of the case.
