The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant seeking intervention in the above Writ Petition. The Learned AGP Ms. Aparna Vatkar on instructions states that the suit in question has been withdrawn by the Plaintiff i.e. Respondent No.1-Suresh Ahuja. In view of the withdrawal of the suit, the above Petition challenging an interlocutory order passed therein has turned infructuous and is accordingly disposed as having turned infructuous. In view of the disposal of the Petition, the above Civil Application would not survive and to accordingly disposed of as such.
