Perused the case diary. This Court is at all not satisfied with the investigation carried out by the Investigating Officer. 2.

As such, entire investigation papers be placed before the Deputy Commissioner of Police so as to look into the matter and issue appropriate instructions to the Investigating Officer. 3.

Needless to clarify that no serious efforts were made in tracing other co-accused in the matter but case diary depicts that once such an attempt was made.

As far as the merit of the present case is concerned, there is enough material available on record to implicate the applicant in crime. At the behest of the applicant, the complainant BGP.

has already parted with an amount of Rs.20,00,000/-. Neither the property as was promised delivered nor the amount is returned. 5.

No case for bail is made out.
