The above Civil Application has been filed for seeking condonation of delay of 193 days in filing the Appeal. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Tushar Sonawane for the Respondents opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to the Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 193 days in filing the Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. List the Appeal for admission after two weeks i.e. on 28.06.2016.
