Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 18th November, 2019, the concerned police officer facilitated the Petitioner to meet Mrs. Madhu Nagrecha who is taking medical treatment in Nityanand Institute of Medical Science, Hinjewadi, Pune.

It is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that, the Petitioner went to the said hospital and noticed that, Mrs. Madhu Nagrecha is under medical treatment in the said hospital. The concerned police officer could not Vishal Parekar 1/2

3-wp-2810-2019.doc produce Mrs. Madhu Nagrecha before this Court since she is taking medical treatment in the said hospital. 3.

The learned APP has tendered across bar a photocopy of the statement of Dr. Tejas Pingale who is serving in the Nityanand Institute of Medical Science, Hinjewadi, Pune. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.

As already observed, the Petitioner visited the Nityanand Institute of Medical Science, Hinjewadi, Pune and found that Mrs. Madhu Nagrecha is taking medical treatment in the said hospital, in that view of the matter, we do not think that further adjudication of the Petition is necessary. Hence, the Petition stands disposed of.
