Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, learned advocate appearing for respondent no.3 and the learned additional public prosecutor appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2.

After hearing both the sides, it is directed that the hearing of MA No. 3105 of 2014 alongwith MA No.1433 of 2015 pending before the learned Additional Session Judge at Mumbai, shall be expedited. Both the applications shall be decided simultaneously within a period of three weeks. Borey 1/2

spb/ 16wp2466-15.doc At this stage, it is stated before me by the learned counsel for respondent no.3 that said applications are on today's board before the learned additional Sessions Judge for hearing. The learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that if the learned Judge hears the applications today, he is ready even today. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also ready. Both of them may appear before the learned Sessions Judge and if he has time to hear the applications, he may decide both the applications today itself.

This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
