This application is filed through jail seeking leave to withdraw the above writ petition on the ground that the Applicant is already acquitted.

The above writ petition was filed for discharge. During the pendency of writ petition, the Petitioner seems to have been acquitted of the charge levelled against him. In that view of the matter, we allow the application and permit the Petitioner to withdraw writ petition. Application as well as writ petition are disposed of.
