P.C.:- This is an application under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for cancellation of bail granted to Respondent No.1 vide order dated 29/09/2015 passed by learned Special Judge, under PMLA, Greater Bombay, in Bail Application No.4 of 2015 fled in PMLA Special Case No.3 of 2013, 2.

The learned Judge while granting the bail has observed that all the properties, which are the subject matter of the ofence have already been attached by the competent authority. The learned Judge has also taken note of the fact that the Applicant was in custody for 1/2
