The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 have tendered the consent terms in the Court today and have sought the disposal of the Writ Petitions on the consent terms. The consent terms are accepted on record. The counsel for the petitioners and the counsel for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 state that the petitioners and the respondent nos. 5 and 6 have amicably settled the matter on the terms mentioned in the consent terms. It is stated that the consent terms are signed by the petitioner nos. 1 to 5 and the respondent nos. 5 and 6. The counsel for the petitioners and the counsel for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 have also signed the consent terms. It is informed that the petitioner nos. 1 and 5 are personally present in the Court today. So also, the Manager of the respondent no. 5 and the respondent no. 6/Principal are personally present in the Court today. The parties present state that they are ad-idem on the terms mentioned in the consent terms.
We have perused the consent terms. The consent terms are just and reasonable. The Writ Petitions are, therefore, disposed of on the consent terms, with no order as to costs.
