This matter was taken on production board on mentioning this morning. 2.

Advocate for the petitioner seeks extension of time by one week for depositing the amount of the sureties before the Sessions Court. Vide earlier order dated 20 th April, 2017 while disposing of the Writ Petition No. 272 of 2017 aforesaid amount was to be deposited within three weeks with a rider that the complainant will not withdraw the amount till the final decision of the appeal and the appeal came to be expedited.

In the circumstances, I pass the following order :- (i) Time to deposit aforesaid amount of Rs.1 lakh each totaling to Rs.2 lakhs, is extended by one week from the date of uploading of this order.
