The learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant submits that they preferred the present Interim Application for carrying out amendment as per earlier order dated 07.04.2021 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.317 of 2019.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Interim Application , we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Interim Application. Hence, the following order is passed:

A.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicants to amend the Petition in terms of Schedule-I annexed hereto:."

B.

Amendment be carried out on or before 04.09.2021. C.

If amendment is carried out within time, Applicant is directed to serve amended copy of Petition on Respondents immediately on or before 08.09.2021 and file Affidavit of Service to that effect.

D.

Liberty granted to the Respondents if they so desire to file their Affidavit-in-Reply to the amended copy of petition on or before 30.09.2021 with copy to other side. E.

Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly. F.

No order as to costs.
