For the reasons separately recorded, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the said order of detention bearing PSA-1216/CR-97(1)/SPL-3(A) dated 01.10.2016 and be pleased to direct that the detenu Santosh Ananda Andhale be set at liberty;"
