Heard Mr. Bodake, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

As per the order dated 30th June 2017 passed by this Court, the statement made by learned counsel for Respondent No.1, that Respondent No.1 has already demolished the suit structure, which was allegedly constructed in breach of the order dated 28th April 2010, was recorded. The affidavit to that effect was also filed by Respondent No.1 and the Petitioner was directed to verify the said statement and file necessary affidavit.

Accordingly, the Petitioner has filed the affidavit stating that the construction, which was carried out in breach of the order dated 28th April 2010, has been removed.
