1) The aforesaid applications are received through jail from the applicant who is undergoing sentence of imprisonment. 2) The Application Nos.757 of 2016, 1119 of 2015 and 1416 of 2015 are for expeditious hearing of the Criminal Appeal No.294 of 2012. 3) By the Application No.987 of 2015, the applicant has sought discharge of his earlier Advocate and requesting for appointment of Advocate from the High Court Legal Aid Committee. 4) The record discloses that the applicant had earlier preferred an

Dond 1/2 appa.757-2016.sxw Application No.1511 of 2015 for expeditious hearing of the Criminal Appeal. By an Order dated 15.12.2015 while allowing the said application, this Court had directed that the appeal be fixed for final hearing in the second week of February 2016. The record discloses that the applicant has filed the present appeal through Cinmoy & Associates. As per the contention of the applicant the said Advocates lost their interest in conducting the present appeal.

5) In view of the above, the Registry is directed to appoint an Advocate from the High Court Legal Aid Committee to represent the applicant in the appeal. This be done within two weeks from today and the name of the said Advocate be communicated to the applicant within same period. 6) The appeal is of the year 2012 and it was admitted on 14.3.2012. Place this Criminal Appeal for final hearing on board in the week commencing from 18th July 2016.

7) All above applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms. 8) The Registry to communicate this Order to the applicant who is undergoing his sentence.
