1] By a reasoned Order dated 19th June 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant, learned APP and the learned Counsel for the Intervener. Perused the record of investigation. 2] It appears from the record that, there are disputes inter-se between the applicant and the first informant arising out of the affairs of the Co-Operative Housing Society. The record indicates that the investigation of the present crime is completed and police have already 1/2

3] After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

In view thereof, inerim relief granted by an Order dated 19th June 2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby waived.

4] In view of Order passed in A.B.A. No.1034 of 2017 confirming interim relief, Criminal Application No.608 of 2017 does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed off.
