By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of delay in "ling First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 20.8.2014 passed by learned Joint Civil Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned A.G.P. for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satis"ed that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 2 years 153 days delay in "ling the above mentioned First Appeal against the Judgement and Award dated 20.8.2014 passed by the Learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik, in L.A.R.No.25 of 2005."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

C) No order as to costs.
