Mr. Dubey for petitioners states that according to his instructions, there is a principal amount of Rs.49 lakhs payable and according to respondent, with interest that has grown to almost Rs.83 lakhs. Mr. Dubey states that today a sum of Rs.10 lakhs will be paid and the balance principal amount will be paid within three months and the interest component within five months from today.

Respondent is directed to consider petitioners' proposal and take a commercially beneficial decision on the matter. Petition disposed.
