Sarojini Chintaman Gadre (the Respondent No.3 in Writ Petition No.7266 of 2004) as well as Smt. Iravati Narayan Lawate (the Respondent No.3 in Writ Petition No.8735 of 2004) have all retired and they are receiving their regular pension. In the circumstances, both the Petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
