Learned counsel for the applicant pains to point out that there are inconsistencies in the statements of the victim.

The accusations are serious in nature. Learned APP submits that the trial has already commenced and 2 witnesses examined till date.

In such view of the matter, in my opinion, the trial Court may consider expediting the trial. The applicant is at liberty to apply for bail after 6 months if the trial does not 1/2

I appreciate the valuable assistance rendered by Advocate Arati Ranade, who appeared on behalf of the applicant in this proceeding. Her engagement may be regularize by the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority if she is on the panel or else she may be paid fees/honorarium quantified at Rs.5000/-.
