Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant fairly submitted that the Applicants in ABA Nos.1035 of 2017 and 1036 of 2017 have failed to comply with the orders dated 19.06.2017, 05.10.2017 and 22.12.2017. By a self operative Order dated 22.12.2017, this Court had made it clear that if the Applicants fail to comply with the earlier orders and fail to deposit the amount mentioned in order dated 19.06.2017, the interim relief granted in favour of the Applicants shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to the Court. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants, the interim relief granted by Order dated 19.06.2017 stands vacated and as a consequence thereof ABA Nos.1035 of 2017 and 1036 of 2017 stand dismissed.
In view of dismissal of ABA Nos. 1035 of 2017 and 1036 of 2017, Applications bearing Nos. 782/2017, 783/2017, 829/2017, 1152/2017 and 1153/2017 for intervention do not survive and are accordingly disposed off. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 3/3
