The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 Mr. Saket Mone states that the elections to the Respondent No.2 society were held on 30.12.2012 and the tenure of the managing committee is till December 2017. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners disputes the said position. In view of the fact that the managing committee is in office since December 2012 and whose tenure is to come to an end in December 2017, it is not necessary to keep the above Petition pending as the factum of the elections being held have superseded the challenge raised in the above Petition. The Petition has accordingly turned infructuous and is disposed of as such. In the event the BGP.
