Mr. Sutar, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the building in question in which the petitioner was allotted gala is already transferred to the Nagar Parishad, Ichalkaranji. In view of this, the petition has rendered infructuous. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
