Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State.

By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation/modification of the condition of attendance imposed by this Court, vide order dated 31.03.2013, in as much as it
directs the applicant to attend the Alandi Police Station, Pune, on every Sunday, till disposal of the case against him. This Court (Coram : Hon'ble Shri Justice A.M.Thipsay) was pleased to enlarge the applicant on bail on the condition that he shall report to the Alandi Police Station, Pune, on every Sunday, till the disposal of the case against him.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks relaxation/modification of the said condition and prays that the applicant be permitted to attend the Sangvi Police Station, Pune instead of the Alandi Police Station, Pune on the 1st Sunday of every month.

The learned Special Public Prosecutor has no objection. She states that the trial is likely to commence from 12.05.2015 and that the applicant will be required to attend the said case for day to day hearing. She has, therefore, no objection for relaxation/
modification of the condition of attendance from the Alandi Police Station, Pune on the 1st Sunday of every month to Sangvi Police Station, Pune on the 1st Sunday of every month. 5.
Accordingly, the application is allowed & disposed of. The applicant shall, now, attend the Sangvi Police Station, Pune on the 1st Sunday of every month instead of the Alandi Police Station, Pune, till the disposal of the case.
