As per letter of applicant to expedite hearing in appeal received through Central Jail, Kolhapur, applicant is undergoing sentence and though as per order of this court is directed to be released on bail, could not avail of the bail order due to poor financial condition and thus is languishing in jail.

Having considered facts as aforesaid, and as according to learned counsel (appointed) for applicant, out of seven years of imprisonment imposed upon applicant, he has already undergone more than five years out of the same, application is liable to be allowed as per order below :

Criminal Appeal No.305 of 2013 along with connected appeals be shown on Final hearing board, on 13th September 2016, at 3.00 pm.
