Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and the legal heirs of petitioner had handed over possession of the suit property in favour of respondent No.1-Trust. She further submitted that, the legal heirs of petitioner have also informed her in writing that, they are no more interested in pursuing the present Petition. A photocopy of letter dated 21st February 2020 addressed to her in that behalf is produced on record.
