Since it is not disputed that the petitioner has alternative remedy to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the CAT. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. In order to enable the petitioner to approach CAT, interim relief granted on 31st May, 2019 shall remain in operation for the period of two weeks from today.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
