This is an application for bail under section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code. It is a case under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the learned Sessions Judge has rejected the bail application on 8.5.2015. However, charge has been framed by the learned Sessions Judge and the matter is now fixed on 12.8.2015. The learned Sessions Judge has also expressed in his order while rejecting bail that the trial also can be expedited.

In view of this, the learned Sessions Judge to expedite the trial and decide the matter on or before 31.10.2015.

Bail application is disposed of accordingly.
