The arbitrator Mr.Shardul Singh shall continue from the stage upto which the arbitral proceedings have reached before the earlier arbitrator Mr.Marathe. Rest of the terms and conditions in appointing earlier advocate as per the earlier orders will apply. Within 3 weeks of receiving communication from the advocate for petitioner forwarding a copy of this order, the arbitrator shall file with parties disclosure in writing as required under Section KJ
