1] In pursuance of Order dated 21st June 2016, the applicant has deposited Rs.9 lakhs by way of demand draft in the Registry of this Court. 2] The first informant Mr.G. Shivraman is personally present in the Court and has tendered an application for withdrawal of the said amount. He also filed one letter with the Registry which is accepted by the Office of the Registrar (Judl-I) and numbered as RJ-I/1266 dated 31.3.2017. The applicant through his Advocate has given his no objection for withdrawal of the said amount by the first informant Mr.G. Shivraman.

3] In view thereof, first informant Mr.G. Shivraman is hereby permitted to withdraw Rs.9 lakhs from the Registry of this Court after giving usual undertaking and an indemnity bond in that behalf.
