Applicant has already deposited the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- involved in the offence in question. 2.

The Investigating Officer has not taken any efforts to investigate the matter against other accused as has been brought to my notice by the counsel for the applicant.

Son of the accused has contested assembly elections and still Investigating Officer has not taken any steps in the matter of filing Challan against the other accused.

4.

Applicant has already suffered incarceration of more than two years.

That being so, applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No.317 of 2018 registered with Vishrantwadi Police Station, Pune for the offence punishable under Sections 403, 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 r/w 34, 120B, 489C and 489D of IPC on executing P. R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall not influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer regularly. 8.

If applicant is found involved in similar type of offence, prosecution would be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail. 9.

As such, application stands disposed of.
