This Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the heirs of deceased Respondent No.4E. The deceased Respondent No.4E passed away on 3rd September 2020 and the Interim Application is filed on 17th June 2022.

Considering that due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 1/2

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
